Job Description:
The Judge Group is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery
for a travel nursing job in Longmont, Colorado. Job Description &
Requirements
o Requires post-partum LDRP experience
o Floating: Generally, it's to LUH who has an L&D unit. There
is a very small chance that the traveler could float within the
facility (unless their contract specifies only like units) to
another unit. However, it would only be for helping hands or to be
a patient sitter, never taking an assignment. Honestly, this is a
very rare occurrence
o Charting system: EPIC/OBIX
o Ratio: Labor- 1:1-1:2, Antepartum- 1:1-1:3, Triage- 1:1-1:3,
Postpartum- 1:1-1:3 (on the rare occasion 1:4)
o Any specific requirements for nursery or baby care at delivery or
during the postpartum phase? NRP. Otherwise, yes, she can work as a
transition nurse (catching baby at delivery and transition care) or
postpartum nurse.
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)- Required
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification- Required
Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM) Certification/or Association of
Women's Health, Obstetrics, and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN)
Certification - Required
Minimum Experience Requirements: One year experience preferred
Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialty
Float Requirements:
-Floating may be required to any CommonSpirit location within sixty
(60) miles of the original assignment location or
CommonSpirit-identified "float zone".
-Float assignments may include duties outside of original
assignment job requirements (including skill set) in accordance
with CommonSpirit policy.

United Hospital, St. Anthony Hospital, St. Anthony North
