Job Description:
Join Guardian Flight, a leader in air medical transport, as a
Float Aircraft Maintenance Technician and play a crucial role in
maintaining the safety and readiness of our diverse aircraft fleet.
In this position, you will ensure our aircraft, including
fixed-wing and rotary models, are maintained to the highest
standards, guaranteeing safe and efficient operations essential for
rapid medical response. This role requires traveling to various
locations where our aircraft are stationed or in service. Perform
routine and unscheduled maintenance on various types of aircraft,
including both fixed-wing and rotary. Travel to different bases to
provide technical assistance and support. Ensure compliance with
all applicable FAA regulations and company policies. Document
maintenance actions and maintain aircraft logs accurately.
Troubleshoot and repair avionics, engines, and other systems.
Collaborate with operations and other maintenance personnel to
coordinate aircraft readiness. Expertise in aircraft maintenance
for both fixed-wing and rotary aircraft. Strong diagnostic and
troubleshooting abilities. Proficiency in using aircraft
maintenance tools and equipment. Ability to work under pressure and
handle multiple tasks. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P)
certification is required. Inspection Authorization (IA)
preferred.
