Estate Agent, you will: Receive personalized training and
mentorship from experienced industry professionals Learn how to
generate leads, nurture relationships, and close transactions Help
buyers and sellers navigate real estate deals with confidence Build
your pipeline through proven prospecting methods Work on your
schedule with both in-person and remote options Set income
goals—and create the path to hit them with support and structure

Upside earning potential – 100% commission-based compensation
Compensation: $125,400 - $207,500 yearly at plan Responsibilities:
Guide clients through the buying and selling process with clarity
and confidence. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with
potential buyers and sellers. Utilize proven prospecting techniques
to build a robust client pipeline. Collaborate with team members to
share insights and strategies for success. Stay informed about
local market trends to provide clients with up-to-date advice.
Leverage technology and tools to streamline transactions and
enhance client experiences. Set and pursue personal income goals
with the support of our structured framework. Qualifications:
Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to
connect with clients. Ability to communicate clearly and
effectively, both in writing and verbally. Proven track record of
setting and achieving personal goals, demonstrating your drive and
ambition. Familiarity with digital tools and platforms to enhance
client interactions and streamline processes. Willingness to learn
and adapt to new market trends and industry practices. Strong
organizational skills to manage multiple clients and transactions
simultaneously. Ability to work collaboratively within a team,
