Position Summary:Sales Representative will be responsible for successfully completing all phases of the APC Academy Sales Training program. The APC Academy is not a short term "boot camp." - Our program is designed to evaluate then teach and nurture your inherent sales skills over a period of six months with consistent coaching and mentoring throughout the entire time. - This entry-/mid-level position is perfect for anyone looking to accelerate their sales career and learn the basics of recruiting and sales in technology. High performing individuals go on to have long term careers with APC and have opportunities to increase their earning potential quickly. Our comprehensive training program allows you to learn terminology, job functions, and applicable practices within the information technology industry. - As part of the training, you will gain knowledge of sales processes, how to interact with internal and external customers to build relationships grow your personal income, contribute to the branch's profitability, and ultimately reach your full potential as a sales professional. Potential to transition into a Customer Experience Associate position upon successful completion of the training, with uncapped earning potential and clearly defined career progression opportunities.Essential Job Duties:

• Commit to and complete a rigorous sales training program
• Embrace the APC culture and be an active participant in a collaborate sales environment
• Schedule and attend client meetings, with the goal of engaging them to utilize our professional staffing services and project solutions
• Negotiate with clients to establish appropriate bill rates, contract terms, and fees
• Manage these relationships to expand Company's presence within our existing client accounts
• Collaborate with your colleagues to facilitate success with our clientsEducation and Qualifications:Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred but not required.
