Title: Maintenance Mechanic
Location: Longmont, CO
Shift: Rotational Schedule: 2 days on - 2 days off. 3 days off
before shift change from days to nights.
Compensation: $37.95 + $1.75 rotational adder

Position Description:
The Maintenance Mechanic will perform the necessary activities to
operate, maintain, and clean production equipment. They understand,
follow, and improve documented operational, maintenance, and
sanitation standards in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) work
environment. Also performs preventative maintenance activities,
work orders, and lubrication in a timely manner to maximize
performance of plant equipment. Improves and modifies preventative
maintenance activities as appropriate. The MM will inspect,
troubleshoot, repair, and/or replace complex processing and
packaging equipment including: Mechanical components such as
conveyor belts, bearings, motors, pulleys, shafts, gearboxes, etc.
Pneumatic components such as air cylinders, diverters, hoses,
regulators, pumps, valves, etc.
Requirements:
Candidates for this role should have a high school diploma or
equivalent. Candidates with an associates, technical degree or
training is a plus. Should have 3-5 years of mechanical experience
in a manufacturing environment. Transitioning military veterans
with a strong and diverse mechanical background will be considered
for the role.
