Blue Valley Energy is currently seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to join their team in Longmont, CO 80504

About the role:


Blue Valley Heating and Cooling is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our team in Longmont, CO.


The ideal candidate will have previous experience in HVAC installation, as well as a willingness to learn and work collaboratively with our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading installation projects, maintaining HVAC systems, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.


What you'll do:
Lead installation projects, including ductwork, piping, and electrical work.
Maintain and repair HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and diagnosing issues.
Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and vendors.
Ensure that all work is completed safely and efficiently.
Supervise and train apprentice technicians as needed.


Our ideal candidate:
Education and experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment
Valid driver's license
EPA certified
Boiler experience preferred but not required
