Financial Analyst

Direct Hire/ At-Location / Hybrid



ARC Group is seeking a Financial Analyst for a position in Longmont, CO. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance or a related field, with 2 years of accounting, finance or other relevant business analysis experience. This role would require someone to work on campus one to two days a week. -

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and strategies
  
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and presentations for management
  
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
  
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  
• Communicate financial results and analysis to management
  
  
  Non-negotiable Requirements:
  
  
  • 
    
  • 2 years of accounting, finance, or other relevant business analysis experience
    
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of other MS Office applications
    
  • Ability to comfortably work with and analyze large amounts of data
    
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university with major coursework in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field
    
    
    Nice-to-have Skills:
    
    
    • 
      
    • GAAP knowledge and especially revenue recognition (ASC-606) preferred
