About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Laser Technician to join our team at Arete. As a Laser Technician, you will be responsible for building and testing AIRTRAC lasers, which requires expertise in handling optics and mounting them with different epoxies.Key Responsibilities

• Building and fine-tuning optical assemblies
• Aligning optical components and lasers
• Contributing to the development, testing, and production of electronic and optical systems
• Handling complex optical equipment and conducting optical measurements and testingRequirements
  • Familiarity with electronic and optical test equipment
  • Ability to produce professional documentation and thoroughly document setups and testing results
  • AA/AS in a Technical or Engineering field or significant relevant experience
  • Good communication skillsPreferred Qualifications
    • Strong computer skills
    • 2 years of relevant experience
