ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver daily output and volume of custom stickers and labels following the Digital Print processSet up and operate laser die cutting equipmentComplete job order intake paperwork, job tracking and accurate frame countsUnderstand and produce customer job order instructions and specifications Review all proofs and final product samples producedMaintain quality and manufacturing standards in accordance with company practices Conduct routine laser maintenance, troubleshoot issues, mechanical problems and color varianceCross-train other team members on laser die cutting machineLearn to operate multiple machines within Manufacturing workflow to deepen team capacityMaintain a safe workplace by following safety rules, use safety equipment and report unsafe conditions to Safety Team and/or your Manufacturing SupervisorObserve, gather data and suggest ideas for continuous improvementOther duties may be assigned KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY Completion of High School education or equivalent2-3 years digital printing press operator experience for large-scale printing applicationsDigital printing machine operation experience preferredAttention to detail related to product quality and machine process qualityStrong interpersonal, communication and analytical skillsAptitude for mechanical operation, manufacturing processes and proceduresBasic math skills and superb attention to detail and product qualityExcellent attendance and punctuality - accurately record work time on a daily basisInterest and ability to grow professionally with support from StickerGiant PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSDuties require frequent standing throughout working shift for 8 to 12 hoursAbility to read and interpret order sheets and other documentsAble to lift 10 lbs. continuously and occasionally lift and/or move up to 45 lbs Able to lift up to and above 50 lbs with machine assistanceOccasional climbing, stooping, bending and overhead reachingFrequent walkingFine hand manipulation, grasping and gripping POSITION SCHEDULE DETAILSFull-time, non-exempt (40 hours/week)Weekend Shift HoursSaturday - Monday6:00 AM - 6:30 PMOvertime is NOT required but is available upon requestThis position will require in-person/on-site work, please inquire BENEFITS & PERKS (once converted permanently)Core Benefits:Health, dental, vision offered at reduced rates.
