of West) is looking for a Client Project Specialist to join our
team! TeleVox has partnered with healthcare organizations for 30
years to automate and transform their patient engagement, making
the healthcare communication process easier for everyone. This role
will be Responsible for serving as the main point of contact for
clients on small scale project level work, which may include
implementation projects, setup of new applications and services,
client training, or other client requests of low to medium
complexity that would require a short term project plan; obtaining,
verifying, and validating client requirements to ensure successful
application setup and supportability and effectively communicating
those requirements and specifications to a variety of audiences;
coordinating setup of new applications and ensuring successful
completion of assigned projects through project management and
solution design; and advising clients and internal business
partners on technical best practices for client products in order
to encourage client success and identify system functionality
issues; while maintaining adherence to corporate and departmental
policies and procedures. What You'll Do:
- Coordinate small scale project meetings, gathering client
requirements and relaying client needs to the necessary cross
functional departments (i.e. sales, specialists, technical,
management, etc.)
- Develop a project schedule for internal teams and clients to
guide needed activities, ensuring timely completion
- Understand and work to execute assigned projects that
contribute to the full-scale client portfolio, coordinating
multiple tasks, and when necessary, engage cross functional teams
(i.e. sales) when client progress stalls or client expresses desire
to delay
- Obtain, verify, and validate client requirements to ensure
successful application setup and supportability and effectively
communicate those requirements and specifications to a variety of
audiences, including the clients and any internal teams
- Coordinate setup of new applications and ensure successful
completion of assigned projects through project management and
solution design which may include responding appropriately to
production impacting issues
- Serve as a central point of contact for assigned clients,
obtaining full understanding of the client success criteria and
ensuring those criteria are met upon project completion
- Create and maintain project documents and project plans for all
assigned projects, while continuously monitoring assigned plans to
ensure efficiency
- Conduct and schedule small scale end user training for clients
on product features and functionality of applications, customizing
each training to meet client specific needs
- Thoroughly document client training and communications in CRM
and ensure all training maintains adherence to departmental and
corporate policies and procedures Applicant for this job will be
expected to meet the following minimum qualifications: Education:
- Associates degree from an accredited college or university with
major course work in computer science, MIS or a related field
required.
- Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be
substituted for educational requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in
Business, Computer Science, MIS, or related field preferred
What Experiences You Bring:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business-to-business technical
support environment required
- Minimum 1 year notification systems or internal notification
systems experience is preferred
- Minimum 1 year technical support/troubleshooting experience
preferred
- Time spent in pursuit of an advanced degree (e.g.,
Junior/Senior year of a Bachelor's, etc.) may be substituted in
lieu of equivalent work experience requirements Technical
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, and Excel is
required
- Basic understanding of programming language (e.g., XML) is
preferred

- The starting hourly rate for this position is anticipated
between $19- $20 per hour and will be commensurate with experience.
