Job Description:
For this opening we will consider candidates from the following
locations: Mobile,AL,United States , United
States;Longmont,CO,United States;Omaha,NE,United StatesIntrado is
looking to hire a Client Relationship Coordinator in Mobile, AL to
join our Life & Safety business segment. Essential Duties:
- Responsible for participating and coordinating the activities
involved in client management and provide level one support
resolution for all existing clients in adherence to established
corporate and departmental policies and procedures
- Facilitates communication between client and other teams, as
needed, to ensure optimum resolution of client concerns
- Continuously monitors daily tasks and assignments ensuring
deadlines are being met and scheduled changes are addresses in a
timely manner
- Establish an excellent working relationship with clients and
continuously strive to improve the level of overall service that
the assigned business segment is providing Education:
- Associates degree from an accredited college or university in
Business Administration, Computer Science, Communications, or
related field required.
- Equivalent work experience may be substituted for educational
experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in
Business Administration, Computer Science, Communications, or
related field preferred Experience: Applicant for this job will be
expected to meet the following minimum qualifications.
- Minimum 4 years customer service experience in a business to
business environment or technical support experience required
- Minimum 1 year notifications systems or internal notification
systems experience preferred.
- Minimum 1 year experience working in the healthcare or
technical industries preferred
- Time spent in pursuit of an advanced degree (e.g. Junior/Senior
year of a Bachelor's, etc.) may be substituted in lieu of
equivalent work experience requirements
Based on the area of responsibility, the following skills are
preferred:
- Ability to use trouble-shooting and problem resolution
methodologies in a short period of time while adhering to assigned
business segment's policies and procedures
- Maintain strong interpersonal and communication skills both
internally and externally
- Ability to make effective decisions quickly and efficiently in
a deadline-oriented environment
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to multi-task and perform under a high pressure
environment
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
