The Group's products are sold in 140 markets and in 2020, sales amounted to SEK 7.8 billion.WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS: Production, Marketing, Inside Sales, Engineering, IT, Shipping, Finance, Credit/AR, Sales, Product Management, Customer Marketing, HR Purchasing, Quality and ReceivingRESPONSIBILITIES:Provide outstanding phone, email & chat based Consumer support for all product linesConsult with potential customers to understand their needs; identify and suggest equipment, products, or services that will meet those needsEntering Consumer orders that may be received via phone, fax or emailEnsure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve issues with Direct to Consumer ordersRespond professionally and in a timely manner to inquiries based on assigned skill setUse knowledge of a specific product, service, or other assigned area of expertise to answer inquiries or to forward to the appropriate staffMultitask between various software systems, problem resolution issues, and customer phone callsPerform preliminary analysis on complex cases to ensure the direction required for customer resolutionMaintain technical knowledge by participate in team meetings & attending product training eventsEducate customers on our brand story, product offers, and promotionsCapability to work flexible hours as needed. Mandatory overtime required during peak seasonComplete other duties as assigned from time to time by your managerRECOMMENDED POSITION REQUIREMENTS:College degree preferredMust possess a strong desire to learn and be a team playerMust have strong communication skills to interact effectively with a wide range of people both within and outside the CompanyExperience dealing with heavy phone activity, while maintaining a professional phone demeanorExcellent verbal & written communication skillsMechanical aptitude, bike/rack technical knowledgeBasic knowledge of computer options and administrative applications requiredWe believe in strong team work both within your own team but also across teams.
