Job Description Job Purpose: CanSource is hiring an Account
Coordinator who is responsible for working directly with our craft
beverage customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction!
The Account Coordinator will work closely with the Account
Management, Operations and Sales teams to efficiently manage the
sales order and production scheduling processes. This is a
high-touch role that requires strong communication, organization
and process skills. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, problem
solving and autonomy, this is a great fit! Key Roles and
Responsibilities: Manage the customer relationship with strong
communication and service Support Sales team by processing sales
orders within NetSuite ERP System Schedule production runs with
Operations team to meet customer deadlines Work in a team
environment to ensure the necessary timelines are met Work with the
Artwork Specialists to ensure sales orders and artwork are ready
for production Make decisions, problem solve and prioritize
assignments Job Skills & Qualifications Enjoy operating in a
fast-paced environment filled with high-pressure situations
NetSuite or relevant ERP experience Strong organizational, process
and analytical skills Strong problem-solving skills and work ethic
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency in the use of computer equipment and software,
including but not limited to, Windows environment (Word, Excel,
Outlook Intermediate to Advanced skills) *Starting salary based on
