Job Description Enerhealth Botanicals is a growing health food
and dietary supplement company founded in 2005. We manufacture and
sell products that promote a holistic health approach including
herbal supplements, hemp extracts and superfoods. Enerhealth is
seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team!
Job Responsibilities: Answer emails and calls from
Educate customers on products and assist with their purchasing
Place new orders accurately.
Provide customer care in solving problems, answering questions.
Continuous on the job education of our products.
Effective communication with other departments.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Enjoys helping and interacting with other
people; always friendly and courteous.
Pleasant and upbeat professional, positive demeanor.
Possesses critical thinking and issue resolving skills.
Flexible to changing duties with work demands.
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Detailed and organized.
Familiar with Photoshop helpful.
Requirements: High School Diploma Self-starter that shows
ownership and commitment to the job At least 1 year of previous
customer support experience Working knowledge of Microsoft
Hours are Monday through Friday 9am-5pm.
