Our prepress department processes more than 40,000 files per day with the aid of proprietary software automation tools. We operate around-the-clock, 7 days a week to deliver extraordinary customer service, and print over 431 million square feet of material annually. We specialize in industry leading innovations accompanied by world class service.Job Description Overview:The Inside Sales Executive at Circle Graphics is beyond your average support role, this Inside Sales position takes a very consultative approach to sales and is responsible for acquiring new customers via cold calling and prospecting activities, handling inbound sales calls and emails, estimating a quoting active and prospective jobs and up selling and cross selling to our existing customer base. Join our team of energetic, hard working professionals and watch your career expand to new heights Essential Duties and Responsibilities:NEW CUSTOMER ACQUISITION: 30% of position responsibility:Aggressively prospect, develop, and close leads using a variety of online and offline sources.Work directly with businesses to discuss and understand their needs.Develop customized solutions to drive leads to client's business.Own entire sales process from prospecting to completion of the sale; including contracts, obtaining payments, and ensuring overall superior customer experience.Close new customers via inbound calls and emails.CUSTOMER RETENTION: 50% of position responsibility:Build & maintain long term business relationshipsUpsell & cross sell products to existing clientsMake calls to dormant or down trending house accounts and qualify them.Deliver excellent service and be the customer's advocateTravel for business reviews and customer retention/satisfaction Estimating and Quoting: 10% of position responsibility:Learn how to properly quote jobs based on spec sheets or inferred customer needsWork closely with the quoting team to facilitate pricing on specialty products.Admin Responsibilities' 10% of position responsibility:Maintain and log all customer interactions into CRMPreparation of new customer set up & paperworkProvide customers with quotes to secure the businessSupport Account Managers and Sales team as needed with customer projectsOther duties and special projects as assignedEDUCATION AND FORMAL TRAINING:High School diploma or G.E.D equivalentPreferred Bachelor's degree in BusinessMinimum two years' inside sales experienceMinimum two years customer service experiencePreferred Qualifications:Strong business development focus, willing to prospect and uncover new potential and drive to develop opportunities from prospect level through to deal close and then manage ongoing dividually driven to work in a highly competitive environment where success is the only option.Demonstrated ability to thrive in a very structured environment.Relentless persistence in a competitive marketplace.Minimum Qualifications:Must be approachable and responsive to a variety of people and issues.Must be adaptable and flexible in dealing with a variety of people.Must be able to resolve problems, handle conflict and make effective decisions under pressure.Must have a long attention span in order to listen to people, perceive the real problems and bring issues to a successful conclusion.Requires public contact and excellent interpersonal skills.Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages, and apply concepts of basic algebra.Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram and schedule form.
