About the Role We are hiring dependable and detail-oriented Packagers / Machine Operators to join our cleanroom medical device manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate production and packaging equipment to create high-quality medical nails and screws used in life-improving procedures. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to develop long-term skills and grow within the medical device industry. Shifts & Pay 1st Shift: 5:30am – 2:00pm | $17.00/hr 2nd Shift: 1:30pm – 10:00pm | $18.70/hr 3rd Shift: 11:00pm – 7:30am | $19.55/hr Our facility is designed with employee safety, comfort, and productivity in mind while upholding strict medical device quality standards. Key Responsibilities Operate manufacturing machines used in the production of medical nails and screws Load metal rods into machinery; perform lifting, bending, and standing tasks Package finished medical devices within an ISO 8/9 cleanroom Operate packaging and labeling equipment Perform routine quality inspections to ensure products meet required specifications Follow all cleanroom, safety, and quality control procedures What We’re Looking For General production or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required Ability to work effectively in a cleanroom environment Strong attention to detail Ability to stand throughout 8-hour shift This is an entry-level role with clear opportunities for growth and advancement. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.55/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
