Description Associate Attorney (Entry-Level) West Greeley, CO
(Hybrid – 2–3 days in office) $65,000 – $75,000 annually About the
Role PFC USA is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Legal
Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a new or
early-career attorney looking to gain hands-on courtroom
experience, develop litigation skills, and grow within a
supportive, team-oriented environment. You’ll be involved in the
full legal lifecycle—from case review through resolution—while
building real-world experience in court appearances, motions, and
client interaction. What You’ll Do Manage legal accounts from
initial review through resolution Draft, review, and file legal
documents (complaints, motions, discovery, etc.) Appear in court
for hearings, return dates, and trials Conduct legal research and
prepare case strategy Communicate with opposing counsel, clients,
and internal teams Support settlements and case resolutions Ensure
compliance with applicable laws and internal policies Collaborate
with legal leadership and support department initiatives
Qualifications What We’re Looking For J.D. from an accredited law
school Active Colorado law license (required) Wyoming license is a
plus, but not required Strong interest in litigation and courtroom
experience Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced
environment Strong communication, organization, and analytical
skills Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
