For this opening we will consider candidates from the following locations: Longmont,CO,United States Intrado is seeking a strong Full Stack Developer who is an initiative-taker, eager to learn new tools and product and who is flexible and has ability to work within an environment that is fast paced and with a distributed team. The Full Stack Developer will be working with our Safety Shield Suite. Our mission is to enhance, maintain and operate Intrado Safety Shield, a core component of the Safety Suite for Education solution which is used to prevent, respond to and recover from any type of emergency with services spanning unified alerts over IP-based endpoints, mass notifications, visitor management, reunification and more.Safety Shield is a highly scalable and distributed cloud service based in AWS. Core components include React, PHP, Apache and PostgreSQL RDS services with RESTful API's and various, modern, responsive web front ends, along with Android & iOS mobile applications and wearable safety devices. Safety Shield is an end-to-end safety management platform that enables faster and more accurate emergency response and offers a wide range of emergency response capabilities. Safety Shield include customizable event triggers like active shooter, suspicious activity, medical along with real-time reunification, attendance and drill management.Day To Day Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

• Design, develop and unit test software enhancements per requirements
• Debug and maintain existing software functionality
• Research, lead, participate and document design reviews and decisions
• Participate in project planning and estimation
• Participate in agile software development ceremonies
• Keep up to date on new products, development tools, industry trends, and methodologies
• Other duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS or a related field required, however equivalent experience may be substituted for educational requirementsExperience And Technical Skills:
    • 3+ years of related software engineering / development experience required.
    • Strong skills in React, Redux & Material-UI
    • Experience in HTML, CSS, core JS, some UI design
    • Analytical skills, software design, programming at scale, testing, and general development skills
    • Experience working on agile software development teamsNice To Have:
      • Java/Spring REST API

Candidates may be eligible for differential pay based on shift worked and premium pay for overtime and/or being on call.
