• Secret Clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI -EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's Degree plus 14 -years of experience
  • OR Master's plus 12 -years of experience -RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Plans, conducts, and coordinates software development activities.
    • Designs, develops, documents, tests, and debugs software within the NextGen OPIR Ground Solution.
    • Applies the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the development life cycle.
    • Corrects program errors, prepares operating instructions, compiles documentation of program development, and analyzes system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls.
    • Ensures software standards are met. -
    • Software engineer will work with the DevSecOps/CI/CD pipeline, C++, Qt framework (GUI), pub/sub messaging, PostgreSQL, Linux environments, Ansible Scripting, GIT/Jenkins (preferable), Java, Agile Methodologies and the full software development cycle.
    • Demonstrate knowledge and/or experience with Kubernetes, distributed systems, machine learning and multi-threaded applications. - -
    • Supports Product Development Team. -QUALIFICATIONS
      • RedHat Linux environments -
      • Coding in C/C++/Python/Java (spring boot)
      • Full software development cycle
      • Ansible Scripting
      • Agile Methodologies
      • Experience with Kubernetes -PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
        • Managerial or Leadership experience
        • GIT/Jenkins
        • PostgeSQL
