Radiation Oncology Locums Opportunity - Westminster, COAvailabilityCoverage Type

• Sporadic locum coverage for internal provider vacation gaps
• Ongoing intermittent dates (flexible, non-FTE coverage)

Shift Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• 30-minute unpaid lunch

Confirmed Coverage Dates

• June 29
• July 29-30
• August 7
• September 28
• October 5, 12-15, 19, 26
• November 2, 9, 16, 23-25, 30
• December 7, 14, 21, 28
• January 4, 11, 18, 25
• Additional ongoing dates as needed

RequirementsSpecialty

• Radiation Oncology

Board Certification

• Board Certified Radiation Oncologist (required)

License

• Active Colorado license OR IMLC with LOQ in hand at time of submission (required)

DEA

• Active DEA highly preferred
• Required for credentialing
• Must be maintained for full assignment duration if transferred

Patient Population

• Adult
• Geriatric

Clinical Responsibilities

• Radiation Oncology coverage including:
  • Emergent and urgent clinic visits
  • Treatment planning
  • Treatment supervision

Equipment & Technology

• EMR: Epic
• Oncology system: Aria
• Treatment machine: Varian TrueBeam
• Treatment planning: Eclipse

Support Staff

• Registered Nurse (RN) support

Credentialing & Onboarding Requirements

• Full credentialing application required prior to onboarding
• Must complete EMR modules before virtual training
• Virtual EMR training required prior to first shift (must be completed at least 1 week in advance)
• Access setup (AD account + EMR access) may take up to 5 days after initiation

Coverage Notes

• Assignment is strictly sporadic vacation coverage
• No guaranteed continuous schedule
• Used to fill internal provider PTO gaps
• Ideal for providers seeking flexible, intermittent locums work
