Job Description:
UCHealth is actively seeking a dedicated Speech Language
Pathologist I to join our dynamic team in the department of
Rehabilitation Services. As a valued member of UCHealth, you will
work within a collaborative framework to provide top-notch patient
care focusing on communication and swallowing disorders. This role
provides the opportunity to work across a diverse patient
demographic, utilizing innovative therapies and techniques. Our
mission is to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across
our comprehensive health system. This position encompasses
assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, social
communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in
children and adults. Evaluate, diagnose and treat speech, language,
voice, and swallowing disorders. Develop and implement
individualized care plans based on patient’s needs and medical
history. Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient
treatments. Collaborate with other healthcare providers to provide
holistic patient care. Educate patients and their families on
communication techniques and strategies. Regularly assess treatment
efficacy and make necessary adjustments. Strong analytical and
diagnostic skills. Ability to develop and follow through with
effective treatment plans. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Knowledge of the latest treatment modalities
and technologies in the field. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance

Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Valid state
license in Speech-Language Pathology
