of Cath Lab experience - Scrub and monitoring skills and experience
Description: This is a travel position for a Cath Lab Tech. The
unit consists of 8 holding bays and 4 Cath/EP suites. There are 16
staff members, with a typical day shift from 6:30 to 5:30. Night
shifts include rotating on-call responsibilities. The patient ratio
is 3 staff members to 1 patient in the Cath Lab procedural area.
Equipment used includes Philips Fluoro Systems, Mac Lab, and
CardioLab for EP. The Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system used
is Meditech. Typical procedures performed include: - Left Heart
Catheterization (LHC) - Right Heart Catheterization (RHC) -
Electrophysiology (EP) ablations - Pacemaker and Implantable
Cardioverter Defibrillator (ICD) placements - Cardioversions -
Transesophageal Echocardiograms (TEEs) - Tilt Table Tests The ideal
candidate will have a positive attitude and be engaged in
high-quality patient care. Must take on-call responsibilities with
the rest of the team. It is preferred that candidates reside within
a 30-minute commute of the Cath Lab. This unit boasts a
high-functioning team and engaged physicians. There is a strong
structural heart program and a low call ratio. Additionally, the
location offers beautiful mountain views, skiing, and a great
