Join a high-performing surgical team as an OR Technician in Littleton, CO, supporting a wide range of specialized cases including orthopedic trauma, robotics, neuro/spine, plastics, ENT, urology, and Level 1 trauma. This contract opportunity offers engagement with a dynamic environment handling an average of 37 cases daily across 17 suites, providing a challenging and rewarding work experience. Key Responsibilities: Assist in surgical procedures across multiple specialties, including robotics and trauma Ensure readiness and availability of surgical instruments and equipment Collaborate closely with surgical teams for efficient case turnover Adhere strictly to safety protocols and infection control standards Participate in orientation and ongoing training specific to unit needs Qualifications / Desired Experience: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) certification mandatory Prior experience with robotics and trauma cases highly preferred Must be within a 60-mile radius for onsite orientation and work Ability to self-schedule with available shifts primarily including 12-hour (7am-7pm) and 10-hour (7am-5pm) options Must respond to call within 2 hours during weeknights and holidays Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with required documentation Shift Schedule: Mostly self-scheduled 12-hour and 10-hour shifts Weeknight and holiday call requirements No weekend call unless additional coverage needed Orientation & Dress Code: Two-day, unit-specific orientation with a focus on facility protocols Blue surgical scrubs provided About Littleton, CO:Nestled near the picturesque foothills of the Rocky Mountains, Littleton offers an ideal blend of urban convenience and natural beauty.
