This position demands precision and professionalism, as you will be assisting with endovascular surgeries that require skillful handling of instruments and materials. This role not only supports surgeons during procedures but also contributes to the safety and care of patients by ensuring that all surgical environments are sterile and safe. Prepare and maintain sterile medical environments before and during endovascular procedures. Assist surgeons and other medical professionals during surgeries by handing them instruments and other sterile supplies. Ensure all surgical equipment functions properly. Monitor and adhere to strict health and safety protocols. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to provide exceptional patient care. Travel between facilities as needed to support various surgical teams. Advanced knowledge of surgical instruments and supplies. Ability to function effectively in high-pressure environments. Strong attention to detail. Excellent coordination and dexterity. Superb interpersonal and communication skills. Adaptability to varying work environments. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required. BLS Certification from the American Heart Association.
