The Charge Nurse will collaborate with medical staff and healthcare professionals to streamline patient flow, address urgent health needs, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations. Oversee daily operations in the outpatient unit to ensure efficient patient flow and high standards of care. Supervise and manage nursing staff, assessing performance, and providing feedback and coaching. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Handle administrative duties, including maintaining patient records, managing schedules, and reporting to healthcare administrators. Monitor and order medical supplies as needed. Lead quality assurance and improvement initiatives within the outpatient unit. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Proficient in using healthcare software and systems. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
