Job Description:
UCHealth is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered
Nurse (RN) to join our Acute Care Medical Oncology team in
Colorado. This vital role focuses on providing superior nursing
care for oncology patients in an acute care setting. Our healthcare

service delivery. As part of our team, you will contribute to a
supportive environment that uses the latest in medical technologies
and therapeutic practices. Provide direct patient care to oncology
patients in an acute care setting, assessing condition and
implementing appropriate interventions. Monitor patient responses
to treatments, and modify care plans accordingly. Collaborate with
a multidisciplinary team to facilitate comprehensive health care
delivery. Educate patients and their families on treatment
protocols, medication, and lifestyle adjustments. Document patient
care services by charting in patient and department records. Ensure
compliance with oncology nursing best practices and standards.
Strong clinical skills in an acute healthcare setting Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in clinical data
management systems Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced

Life Insurance 401k Current RN license in the state of Colorado
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Oncology Certified Nurse
(OCN) preferred
