Job Description:

Monitor patient health conditions and report changes to the
attending physician Administer medications and treatments as
prescribed Operate medical equipment related to intensive care
treatment Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to
formulate individualized care plans Participate in the training and
mentoring of new staff Ensure adherence to hospital policies and
patient care standards Provide emotional support and education to
patients and their families Strong critical thinking and
problem-solving skills Proficiency in using ICU medical equipment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to perform
under stressful conditions Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare
regulations and patient care standards Medical Insurance Dental

(RN) licensed in the state of Colorado Certification in Basic Life
Support (BLS) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
