Behavioral Health Therapist Salary Range: Master's Level:
$58,011 - $69,618 annually based on relevant years of experience
Master's Licensed: $66,040 - $79,217 annually based on relevant
years of experience Location: Loveland, Colorado - Wilson Location
Status: (example full time, 40 hours per week) Hours: Full Time (3
days per week with 1 night to close) (Monday - Friday) The salary
range for this position is SummitStone’s good faith belief and

Role Overview: As a Behavioral Health Therapist, participate as a
member of the service delivery team to provide risk assessments,
crisis interventions, safety planning, coordination of care
including discharge planning, brief interventions, group work and
potential placement for clients. These services are provided to
individuals who are in behavioral health crisis or in need of
longer-term respite care and whose needs cannot be accommodated
safely in the community or in a less restrictive environment. This
position will be working with an IOP level of care will be part of
the position for substance treatment. Essential Duties:
Facilitation of a Substance Use Disorder Intensive Outpatient
Program level of care. Direct client care to include care
coordination, behavioral health related screenings and assessments,
individual and group therapy, brief therapy, case management, and
related clinical services. Serves as a clinical resource person to
building site(s), clinical staff, case managers, medical providers
and collaterals. Knowledge of professional policies and procedures.
Collaborates with other staff in providing, planning, developing,
implementing, and evaluating clinical services, including
collaborating with Clinical Managers and Program Supervisors.
Performs behavioral health screenings and assessments within the
medical clinic setting, to include review of treatment options and
referral information. Provides on going care coordination within
SummitStone, community agencies and resources. Provides crisis
intervention to include crisis assessment and de-escalation.
Provides on-site collaboration with medical providers to provide
behavioral health assessments for those clients identified with
behavioral health needs. Clinical documentation. Supports and
fosters team values with peers and clinic staff, to provide support
and remove barriers. Maintains superior customer service for
internal and external customers by providing information and
answering questions/requests in timely matter. May participate on
committees (both internal and external), in meetings, and works on
projects as assigned. Perform other duties as assigned. NOTE : Be
aware that licensure must be pursed in this role and have a
willingness to engage on the LAC track. There are opportunities
within our team-based model to attend company-sponsored training
programs, complete certifications (such as CAT or CAS) and to learn
from seasoned colleagues daily. SummitStone provides clinical
supervision toward licensure at no cost to the employee and
reimburses any fees required for licensure. Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related
field from an accredited College or University and registered with
DORA as a Candidate working towards licensure as LPC, LCSW, or
LMFT. At least one year of experience in the behavioral health
field. At least one year of experience with mild to severe mental
illness and substance use disorders. Facilitation of an SUD IOP
level of care is required. Preferred Qualifications: Ability to
facilitate a Substance Use Disorder Intensive Outpatient Program
highly preferred. Substance Use Disorder Licensure (CAS or LAC)
preferred. Bilingual/bi-cultural preferred. Some positions include
driving a company vehicle and require a valid Colorado driver’s
