Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience required. A full-time Occupational Therapist opportunity is available in Hudson, WI, supporting local schools through a contract position covering leave from April through June. This role offers 32-40 hours per week, depending on candidate preference, and involves working onsite at three different school locations. Responsibilities include managing a caseload of approximately 40 students, with support from another Occupational Therapist and a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). You will provide direct OT services to students, collaborate with educational staff, and contribute to individualized student success plans in compliance with educational and licensing standards. Qualifications and Experience: Valid Occupational Therapy license through the Department of Public Instruction (DPI) for Wisconsin is required Previous experience providing OT services within a school setting is highly preferred Ability to manage a caseload effectively and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Flexibility to work across multiple school sites within the district Strong organizational and communication skills Location: Hudson, Wisconsin (Onsite Only) This engagement is ideal for a dedicated OT professional seeking a short-term contract with opportunities to make a meaningful impact in student support services.
