Department is on the lookout for a dedicated and compassionate
Physical Therapist to join our team. This exciting opportunity
focuses on providing personalized care for patients, helping them

potential. This position will require work at both the Buena Vista

patient at a time. Qualifications: EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE The
Physical Therapist must have completed training in accordance with
minimum essential for physical therapy schools as prescribed by
Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of American Medical
Association. He/she must graduate from an AMA-APTA approved school
of physical therapy. The Physical Therapist must be a member or
eligible for membership in the American Physical Therapy
Association or American Registry of Physical Therapy, and must hold
active license for the state of Colorado. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES,
REGISTRATIONS 1. Current, active Physical Therapist licensure for
Colorado or a permit from the licensing board while awaiting
licensure examination. 2. Current CPR Certification. We offer

is known for its world-class trout fishery, kayaking, and
