As a leading healthcare provider in Colorado, we are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Electrophysiology (EP) Catheterization Lab team. This specialized role involves working closely with cardiologists to perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures aimed at diagnosing and treating cardiac arrhythmias. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cardiac care, coupled with a passion for improving patient outcomes. Assist physicians during electrophysiology studies and catheter ablations. Monitor patient vital signs and comfort, and administer medications as needed. Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and obtaining consent. Maintain sterility in the EP lab and ensure all equipment is functioning properly. Document all patient care services and procedures in the patient’s medical record. Participate in patient education and follow-up care. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan, evaluate, and enhance patient care. Knowledge of cardiac care and electrophysiology. Ability to operate EP lab equipment including heart monitors and catheter insertion tools. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Compassionate patient care and meticulous attention to detail. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Colorado. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification. Electrophysiology Specialist (CEPS) certification is preferred.
