Job Description:
UCHealth, a renowned leader in pediatric care, seeks a dedicated
Travel RN Pediatrics Nights to join our dynamic team. This role
focuses on providing exceptional, patient-centered care to children
from infancy through adolescence across our state-of-the-art
facilities in Colorado. You will work closely with a
multidisciplinary team, ensuring the delivery of safe,
comprehensive, and compassionate care during night shifts. The
ideal candidate should be prepared for a fast-paced and changing
environment inherent within pediatric healthcare. Provide direct
and comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients during night
shifts. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in
collaboration with the healthcare team. Administer medications,
maintain detailed patient records, and comply with hospital
policies and procedures. Communicate effectively with patients’
families to ensure a holistic approach to healing. Participate in
professional development and adhere to national safety standards.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in
clinical skills with an emphasis on pediatric care Ability to work
effectively in high-stress environments Advanced knowledge of
pediatric health conditions and treatments Capability to work
independently as well as part of a team Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered
Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Colorado Certified
Pediatric Nurse (CPN) preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) and
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required
