You will play a crucial role in managing patient care, utilizing cutting-edge technology, and collaborating with a team of skilled healthcare professionals dedicated to improving patient outcomes and advancing in the field. Provide direct nursing care to patients in a high acuity setting. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate using computerized documentation systems. Assess and adjust patient care plans continuously; collaborate with healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments to patients and monitor responses. Advocate for patients’ and families’ needs, or provide emotional support for both patients and their families. Initiate patient education plan according to the individualized needs of the patient, as prescribed by physician and/or hospital policy. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team Proven capability in critical thinking and problem solving High proficiency in using healthcare technologies and computer systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license in the state of Colorado BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross ACLS certification preferred
