As a Specialty Coord RN, you will oversee nursing operations within a specific clinical area, ensuring high standards of patient care and coordinating effective healthcare services. This role is critical in mentoring staff, managing patient care, and aligning department goals with our mission of improving lives. Manage and oversee all nursing activities within a specialty clinical area. Coordinate patient care services, ensuring alignment with healthcare standards and safety regulations. Mentor and provide ongoing education to nursing staff to improve skills and knowledge. Develop and implement nursing care plans, adjusting them as patient needs evolve. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. Monitor patient health status and respond with appropriate interventions. Conduct regular staff evaluations and contribute to the hiring processes. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Expertise in developing and executing patient care plans Proficiency with healthcare management systems Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license Certification in Clinical Specialty (preferred)
