Job Description:

providers. This role centers on developing, implementing, and
evaluating training programs for nursing staff and allied health
professionals. You'll collaborate with medical experts, utilize the
latest in medical education techniques, and ensure our teams are
equipped with the necessary skills to provide unparalleled
patient-centered care. Design and administer effective training and
development programs for nurses and healthcare professionals.
Evaluate program effectiveness and make adjustments as necessary.
Collaborate with healthcare leaders to assess training needs and
integrate standard practices. Ensure compliance with healthcare
regulations and continuing education requirements. Provide
mentorship and guidance to junior staff in developing their
educational and professional skills. Strong leadership and
organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Proficiency in clinical teaching and nursing practices
Ability to assess training needs and implement educational programs
Knowledge of current healthcare regulations and accreditation
standards Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state
of Colorado Certification in Nursing Professional Development
(RN-BC) preferred
