Wellness Director to lead the healthcare operations in both our
assisted living and memory care. This is your chance to make a real

for you. Position Overview: The Wellness Director oversees
healthcare operations and ensures our residents receive the highest
quality of care. You will: Conduct initial and ongoing assessments
for residents Maintain and monitor treatment plans Manage the
medication program Supervise and mentor the healthcare team,
including QMAPs and CNAs Coordinate care with medical providers and
third-party services Participate in care conferences Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, with some on-call
responsibilities Qualifications: Current RN or LPN license in good
standing in the state of Colorado Minimum 1 year of experience in a
senior living environment Strong leadership, organizational, and
