Active Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license Bachelors in Nursing
or related human-services field OR 2 years geriatric/home-care
experience Solid clinical assessment skills and a passion for
problem-solving CPR/First Aid certification and a valid drivers
license Warm, professional communication that builds trust with
families and field staff Willing to travel from our office location
in 2101 Ken Pratt Blvd Suite 101 Longmont, CO 80501 to all of our
service areas. (Boundaries go from Fort Collins to Golden and
