Program Manager Schedule: Variety Rate of Pay : $61,068.80 per year
Closing Date : 8/26/2025 Benefits : Standard; Full-Time, Exempt

(403(b)plan) Function: The Lead Case Manager provides leadership to
the housing focused support services team in Denver Metro Social
Services. The lead case manager provides supervision of all case
managers and resource case managers in the Denver Metro area. This
includes providing oversight for assessments, individual housing
plans, and housing first program design for participants to
successfully become rehoused in the broader community. Duties and
Responsibilities: Oversee all case managers, resource navigators,
and interns Assess and develop a best practice re-integration
program and case management plan for participants Develop
employment training assistance for participants Network with and
connect appropriate community resources/service Oversee Services
and Staff Implement and oversee services that effectively
transition individuals experiencing housing displacement to greater
self-sufficiency Manage a limited caseload of complex cases
Establish standardized assessments and housing plans for each
person Keep up-to-date documentation and records of all
participants in the program Produce timely data reports, including
outcome measures and quarterly reports for city contracts Monitor
and track financials Develop a Housing Focused Program Assess need
and potential impact of a comprehensive re-integration program for
single men experiencing housing displacement Assist in establishing
a basic data analysis of program effectiveness and impact relative
to outcome objectives and measures Develop outreach and recruitment
strategy to engage individuals experiencing housing displacement
Housing First Employment Training Assistance Establish diverse
employment training opportunities for program participants to
reduce barriers to housing Secure external career assessment and
guidance services Promote community partnerships for permanent
employment for participants Network with Community Resources and
Partners Initiate networking relationships with community resources
and service providers Encourage coordinated
access/connection/linkage for participants with community resources
Participate in community meetings and collaborations Promote
community and for-profit involvement Special Projects Offer
leadership to special projects assigned by Denver Metro Social
Services Director Must have a valid Colorado driver's license and
be able to travel to multiple sites on a given day Knowledge,
Skills and Abilities Required: Commitment to the mission of The
Salvation Army Strong communication and people skills. Demonstrated
history of providing professional, effective case management
services Competent in providing a positive, solution-focused
approach to working with troubled program participants Able to
conceptualize, teach and model case management skills, including
motivational interviewing and trauma informed care. Experience
providing supervision to staff. Desire to serve others by building
on their strengths Competent in working independently within clear
parameters in a team environment Must be minimally 21 years of age
and possessing a valid in-state Driver's License Qualification and
Education Requirements: Master’s in social work (M.S.W.) with at
least 2 years, postgraduate, professional social service experience
(L.C.S.W. preferred), preferred; or master’s degree in social
services field preferred. Currently credentialed to provide
supervision to M.S.W. candidates according to the State of
Colorado, preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in a mental health field
with at least 3 years case management experience working with
individuals with chronic/acute health, mental health needs will be
considered. Track record in working with people requiring critical
case management experience. 1 year experience working with unhoused
populations required. Experience with addiction recovery
populations is preferred. The Salvation Army Mission Statement: The
