Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Located in Aurora, CO, this opportunity is ideal for licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) seeking to work within a K-12 school setting for the current school year. We are looking for two full-time SLPs to provide direct treatment and services to students across multiple school sites. Candidates must hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and be eligible to serve a diverse, early childhood through third-grade population. Qualifications and Experience: - Valid SLP Certification with CCC - Experience working with pre-kindergarten to 3rd grade students preferred - Credentialed with the Colorado Department of Education (CDE) strongly preferred - Candidates who are Clinical Fellows (CF) will be considered; SLP Assistants (SLPAs) or Vocational candidates will not be accepted - Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 38 students focused on therapy services only (no evaluations or report writing required) Location: - Aurora, Colorado - Services split across four schools Responsibilities: - Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to a K-3 caseload - Provide in-person therapy five days a week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM - No remote work or virtual flexibility available for this position - Support additional students in overage caseloads as assigned - Collaborate effectively with school staff and families to support student communication goals Benefits and Work Conditions: - Full-time contract through May 29, 2026 - Consistent in-person schedule supporting a stable work-life balance - Focus strictly on treatment services without the requirement for evaluations or report writing If you are a dedicated SLP with appropriate licensure and a passion for early childhood communication development, consider applying for this rewarding role to make a positive impact on students lives.
