Sterile Processing Tech Location: Lakewood, CO Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,241 per week Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position Job Title: Sterile Tech Profession: Sterile Tech Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Evenings Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Required Certifications: BLS (AHA), CBSPD, Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) via HSPA Must-Have: Experience with decontamination, sterilization, assembly, and high-level disinfection Description: The hiring process will involve reviewing the candidate's profile. If the candidate is a good fit, they will be sent directly to management for an interview. Candidates must reside within a 60-mile radius. Drivers' license information must be submitted. Common duties include decontamination and sterilization of instruments. Experience with Steris, Vpro, and Medivator is preferred. The position does not have weekend, holiday, or call requirements. Shifts are from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. There is a weekend shift from Friday to Sunday. The position requires adherence to dress code policies, with scrubs provided. Orientation includes 1-2 preceptor shifts in the first week. The facility has the right to cancel up to 4 shifts during the 13-week assignment. The charting system used is EPIC.
