Benefits Job Description: - Ensures exam rooms are clean, stocked,
and ready for use, and that all equipment undergoes routine
cleaning and safety checks. - Notifies appropriate personnel when
inventory is low. - Educates patients and family members about MRI
procedures, contrast use, and safety precautions, promoting comfort
and cooperation throughout the exam. - Positions patients
accurately and comfortably using appropriate immobilization and
coil placement techniques to ensure high-quality imaging. -
Prepares and administers IV contrast material following safety
guidelines and monitors patients for adverse reactions. The
expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed: QUALIFICATION
REQUIREMENTS: Associate, High School Grad or Equiv (Required)Basic
Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality
Improvement, Certified Radiologic Technologist (R.T.-CERT) - EV
Accredited Issuing Body, Department of Safety and Professional
Services Licensed (DSPS-LIC) - Accredited Issuing Body, Kentucky
Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy (KBMIRT) - EV
