Shift times: 8:00AM to 5:00PM On call how many times called in per

cases to procedures: 15 to 18 patients per day APP Coverage: Yes
Physician Coverage: No EMR equipment: EPIC Credentialing timeline
to specifics: 4 to 6 weeks Any other department specifics to
requirements to information: Appointment times are 30 to 60 to
begin then transition to 20 to 40 Schedule Dates Needed
