be considered. A role is available for a Registered Nurse
experienced in Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) settings,
offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic transplant and
stepdown unit. This position is based in Littleton, CO, and is a
contract assignment with a focus on providing high-quality care to
complex patients. Location:This opportunity is located near Denver
in Littleton, CO, an area known for its vibrant community, outdoor
recreation, and scenic mountain views. Littleton offers a perfect

an excellent place to live and work. Responsibilities: Provide
nursing care in a 34-bed transplant/stepdown unit, adhering to a
patient ratio of 1:3-4 Monitor and care for patients requiring
Med/Surg, telemetry, and transplant-related treatments Administer
medications including Heparin drips and patient-controlled
analgesia (PCA) Perform wound and drain care, including management
of wound vacs, chest tubes, and Jackson-Pratt drains Utilize
specialized equipment such as bladder scanners, EKG machines,
AccuVein, and various patient lifts Collaborate effectively with a
multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment Ensure
compliance with unit policies and patient safety protocols Desired
Experience: Active RN license with Med/Surg and telemetry nursing
background Experience in Stepdown or PCU units highly desirable
Familiarity with Solid Organ Transplant patient care (kidney,
liver, pancreas) preferred Ability to manage complex patient cases
including infusion therapies and advanced monitoring Strong
clinical judgment, adaptability, and multitasking skills This
