our primary care footprint in the vibrant Northern Colorado

practices in desirable Fort Collins, CO - choose your favorite
location near many great neighborhoods throughout the community.
Position Highlights: Outpatient-only practice, serving patients of
all ages Medical Assistants, RN, Front Desk, and leadership support
provided to support an autonomous practice Access to on-site
services including lab, imaging, Behavioral Health, Dietitian,
Social Worker and Additional specialties depending on location
Financially stable and physician-led organization committed to
provider well-being We seek candidates who: Are Board Certified or
Board Eligible in Family Medicine (ABMS) Prefer to see all ages Are
patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team
environment Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary ($235K
- $265K, dependent on experience) Up to $100K educational loan
repayment $60K sign-on bonus/relocation Up to $18K resident stipend
