Experience: Minimum of 2 years required License: Current, valid RN
license from the State of Wyoming in good standing with the Board
of Nursing. Certifications: - Current, valid Basic Life Support
(BLS) certification or must obtain within 60 days of hire. -
Current, valid Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
or must obtain within six (6) months of hire if taking call or
administering conscious sedation. - CNOR Certification preferred.
Must-Have: - Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
required. - Previous hospital experience preferred. - Annual
completion of yearly required continuing education units (CEUs). -
Excellent customer service skills, including a friendly
personality, tact, patience, empathy, and a helpful, professional
attitude both in person and on the telephone. - Ability to
effectively communicate with staff, managers, and the general
public verbally and in writing. - Demonstrate effective listening
skills. - Excellent organization and time management skills with
the ability to establish priorities effectively. - Possess
exceptional problem-solving skills. - Ability to work effectively
without immediate supervision. - Ability to learn new computer
software programs. - Ability to recognize and protect confidential
information. - Demonstrate ethical and legal accountability for the
position. Description: Perform assessment, planning,
implementation, and evaluation of all aspects of care for patients
within scope of practice. Provide education to patients according
to their needs. Transcribe, utilize, and implement protocols and
physician orders. Coordinate healthcare team and delegate
appropriate tasks to ancillary personnel. Perform other duties as
