of a major metropolitan area. Position Details: Shift: 7:00 AM to
7:00 PM Unit: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Patient Ratio: 1 RN to 2
patients (may increase during overflow) Equipment: Utilize Lenet
beds and GE monitors with Meditech EMR support Key
Responsibilities: Deliver expert nursing care, managing complex
neuro and trauma cases including rapid intubation, chest tubes, and
external ventricular drains (EVD) Adjust assignments flexibly to
meet changing patient acuity levels Collaborate effectively with
nursing staff, charge nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to
optimize patient outcomes Maintain compliance with unit policies
and protocols ensuring high standards of patient safety
Qualifications and Experience: Current RN license with ICU
experience is required Must have skills in neuro and trauma care;
candidates lacking these skills will not be considered Neuro
certification is highly preferred Ability to manage critically ill
patients with complex procedures confidently Flexibility and
