Registered Nurse (RN) | Progressive Care Unit Location: Englewood, CO Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,888 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/19/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified PCU RN in Englewood, Colorado, 80113! Job Title: RN - PCU Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Progressive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: ACLS Must-Have: - PCU experience - Cardiac experience - Proficiency in administering drips such as heparin, diltiazem, amiodarone, nitro, Lasix, and ketamine Description: Travel opportunity for an RN specializing in Progressive Care. The unit features 20 beds with a staff of 40, including RNs and PCTs. Day shift staff consists of 1 Charge RN, 5 nurses, and 3 PCTs. Night shift staff comprises 1 Charge RN, 5 nurses, and 2 PCTs. The patient ratio is 1:4. Common equipment used includes Tele and transport monitors, suction, feeding pumps, trachs, bipap, cpap, heated high flow, chest tubes, foleys, and pacer wires. Candidates should have experience with IV pumps and SCD pumps. The electronic medical record system used is Meditech. Candidates must demonstrate a strong skill set in a fast-paced and challenging environment. The unit provides an excellent opportunity for those looking to enhance their cardiac nursing skills. Ideal candidates are team players with high energy.
