Onsite Salary: $150/hr (Locums) Target Perm = Salary Uncapped wRVU
Structure Optigy is currently seeking a Board-Certified or
Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician for a
Post-Acute Care opportunity in Longmont, CO. This position will
start as Locums with the goal of converting to a Permanent role.
This role places you in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), supported
by a larger network covering over 700 facilities across Colorado.
Physicians experience a full spectrum of pathology and maintain the
ability to shape their work/life balance. Highlights: $150/hr
Locums Rate Monday - Friday 8a-5p 25-30 PPD Average Facility Based
Full malpractice coverage All travel & lodging expenses covered
Locums-to-permanent pathway Permanent compensation includes
uncapped wRVU earnings potential Flexible call structure with

APPs Leadership and supervisory opportunities available Ideal
Candidate: BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Experience
in Geriatrics, Senior Care, or Post-Acute settings preferred
