Job Description:

This nursing position involves delivering patient care using the nursing process with shift accountability and independent judgment. Requires current RN licensure or multi-state licensure via eNLC, with new graduates needing licensure within 60 days and BLS certification within 30 days. Less than 12 months of experience is preferred. Responsibilities include creating care plans, ensuring patient safety, providing education, documenting assessments, and applying evidence-based practices. Must demonstrate cultural sensitivity, ethical practice, and ability to handle complex patient needs. Physical and environmental demands include lifting, working around biohazards, and irregular hours. Skills include effective communication, critical thinking, flexibility, and stress management.
