Job Description:
We are seeking a Dialysis Nurse to supervise and deliver
dialysis care in accordance with policies, procedures, and
regulations. Provide excellent customer service to patients,
families, and healthcare staff. Educate patients on renal disease,
dialysis therapy, and health management. Delegate tasks to dialysis
technicians, ensuring safety and compliance. Perform pre- and
post-treatment assessments, monitor patient responses, and adjust
treatment plans as needed. Ensure accurate documentation of all
care activities, lab results, and medication administration.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and
interpret clinical data. Maintain a safe, efficient shift operation
and adhere to infection control standards. Qualifications include
nursing licensure, at least one year of nursing experience,
dialysis experience, and CPR certification. Physical demands
involve walking, standing, lifting up to 25 lbs, and close
attention to detail.
